“I've been living in 2620 for the past year, and I'm very happy with the quick service and dedication Gelman Management provides. The rooms are virtually sound proof, as I've been here a year and have never heard my neighbors, and the furnishings are comfortable and properly serviced. This is a very conveniently located property right between AdMo and Columbia Heights, and it's at a very affordable rate. Parking is available and monitored with a camera, and there's laundry facilities on site that are never full. My favorite part is that Meridian Hill park is just a half a block away.”
